General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bbe99 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bbe99 website located at bbe99.net and all associated services, including but not limited to the online casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, crash games, and any promotional programmes offered by the Company.

By accessing the bbe99 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the bbe99 platform.

• You have not previously been excluded from bbe99 or had your account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bbe99 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

bbe99 employs a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all players. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued National ID (NID) card, passport, or other acceptable identification document at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

bbe99 reserves the right to reject any registration application or to close any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the eligibility criteria above have not been met, or where a player has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of bbe99 services, players must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. All information submitted during registration must be truthful and must match the details on the identification documents subsequently provided for KYC purposes.

bbe99 operates a strict one account per player policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active player account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. bbe99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify bbe99's support team immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that any unauthorised activity has occurred on your account. bbe99 provides one-time password (OTP) two-factor authentication as an additional layer of account security, and players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature.

3.3 Account Information Updates

Players are responsible for keeping all account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered name, address, phone number, or payment method details must be communicated to the bbe99 support team promptly. bbe99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any material changes to account information before implementing such changes.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbe99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees. bbe99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit for Visa and Mastercard transactions is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically imposed by bbe99 at the account level for responsible gaming purposes or fraud prevention. Deposits are generally credited to player accounts within seconds for mobile financial services and within 1–3 business days for card payments.

Players must only use payment methods that are registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment accounts to fund a bbe99 player account is strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified players who have successfully completed the KYC identity verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods. Withdrawal requests for bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Card withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days.

bbe99 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the account. bbe99 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits at the account or platform level at its discretion.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bbe99 maintains strict compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. bbe99 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account where the deposit pattern or withdrawal behaviour is consistent with potential money laundering activity. Any account where money laundering activity is confirmed will be immediately closed and relevant balances will be frozen pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bbe99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, sports betting cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the point of bonus activation, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds requirements, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players registering a verified account on bbe99 are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. bbe99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms at the time of acceptance. Unless otherwise stated in specific bonus terms:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period stated in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only real-money wagers placed at the minimum odds specified in the offer terms will count towards wagering requirement completion.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to certain live dealer titles, low-edge table games, and certain crash game variants — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Applicable contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• The maximum permitted bet from bonus funds is ৳500 per round or per bet unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit placed while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bbe99 employs automated detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; systematic wagering on low-risk outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; coordinating with other players to collectively abuse bonus offers; and exploiting errors or technical faults in the bonus system. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bbe99 platform, you agree to use all services in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbe99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including providing false personal information, submitting fraudulent documents, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Collusion with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, or any other automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting errors or technical faults in platform software, games, or odds feeds. Any winnings derived from a manifest error in game software or odds display are void and will not be paid. Players who identify a technical fault must report it to the support team immediately.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated with a payment provider for amounts that have been legitimately deposited and wagered on the platform.
• Money laundering or any activity that constitutes an offence under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at bbe99 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

bbe99 reserves the right to void any bets, reverse any transactions, and close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these obligations, without being required to provide detailed justification to the player concerned.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their bbe99 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team or by emailing the support address. Before account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming harmful to them may request a formal self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be blocked from accessing their account, and bbe99 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration. 7.3 Company-Initiated Closure

bbe99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6;
• Continuing to operate the account poses a financial, reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to bbe99;
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Where an account is closed by bbe99 due to a material breach of these Terms, bbe99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbe99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the bbe99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or disruption to third-party payment processing services;
• Losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond bbe99's reasonable control;
• Losses of winnings or account balances arising from account closure or suspension resulting from a breach of these Terms by the player;
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, arising from reliance on information published on the bbe99 website.

The bbe99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bbe99 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and game integrity, bbe99 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the accuracy of odds, game results, or promotional information displayed. In the event of a manifest error in a published odds price or game result, bbe99 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the staked amount to the player's account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bbe99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by bbe99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bbe99's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with rules to be notified to the player by the Company at the time of the dispute.
